Visiting the website
When you visit this website, your browser sends the technical data needed to display its pages to the host, Infomaniak. These data include your IP address and the page requested and are used to provide the website.
Email enquiries
If you write to the address shown, your email address, message content and associated technical information are processed to receive and answer your enquiry. Infomaniak hosts the website and the professional mailbox; your own email provider is also involved in sending your message.
The form shown on the website is disabled and does not send information entered into it. Please do not send tax identification numbers, documents or sensitive financial information in an initial email.
Retention
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted from the activity’s mailbox six months after the last meaningful correspondence. If you engage us for a service, the information needed for that work is kept in a separate client file according to the legal and contractual obligations applicable to that file.
Deleting a message from the active mailbox does not immediately erase any technical backups held by the provider.
Your rights
You may request access to your personal data and correction of inaccurate data. You may also request deletion where the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection permits it. A proportionate identity check may be needed before personal data is disclosed.
